In Delhi, 219 master trainers from 80 ministries and departments of the Central Government participated

The Skill Development Commission (CBC) has successfully conducted the training of master trainers for the first phase of the Rashtriya Karmayogi Mahatpradhan Seva Programme. It was held in New Delhi from January 6 to 18, 2025. This step is an important milestone in bringing about a change in the civil service. The behaviour training has been designed to promote a sense of selfless service and to promote a citizen-centric approach to governance.

Over a period of 12 days, 219 master trainers from 80 ministries and departments of the central government participated in eight interactive training batches in Delhi. These master trainers will now train their colleagues, including directors, deputy secretaries

While the training sessions were designed to be interactive and reflective, participants were encouraged to align their professional responsibilities with broader national objectives. Many participants reported a new sense of fulfillment and commitment to their role.

The Rashtriya Karmayogi Jan Seva Programme reflects the government’s goal of developing an enthusiastic, efficient and accountable workforce focused on citizen-centric governance. Through their role as master trainers, the participants will help in disseminating the principles of seva bhav to the civil service and contribute to the success of this transformational approach. read moreĀ
