The Indian Navy achieved a significant milestone with the launch of the ‘Ammunition cum Torpedo cum Missile Barge, Lsam 20 (Yard 130)’, the sixth barge of the 11 x ACTCM (Ammunition Cum Torpedo Cum Missile) Barge Project. This remarkable vessel was built by MSME Shipyard, M/s Suryadipta Projects Pvt Ltd, located in Thane.
The launch ceremony took place on 29th April 2024 at M/s Suryadipta Project Pvt. Ltd. (launch site of M/s SPPL), and it was an honor to have Shri Madhusudan Bhui, INAS, GM NAD (Karanja), presiding over the event.
