Special Drive 4.0 reaches mid-way: Ministry achieves 100 per cent transparency target at 14,559 locations, significant progress in resolving pending cases

The special drive for resolution and transparency of pending cases has reached 4.0 halfway. Vigorous campaigns are underway by MORTH and its agencies to achieve the identified targets under various parameters during the campaign period. The ministry has achieved 100 per cent target in sanitation activities at 14559 locations. These sites include offices, construction camps/places, national highways, toll plazas, wayside facilities, roadside dhabas, bust stops, etc. So far, 41% of pending MP references (583), 85% (986) of pending public grievances and 56% of public grievances (211) have been resolved.

The nodal officer of the campaign in the ministry is regularly reviewing the progress of the campaign and personally holding discussions with the senior officials concerned to resolve the pending issues.
