Production Linked Incentive Scheme for Telecom and Networking Products
In order to promote production of telecom products and reduce import dependence, the Department of Telecom (DoT) gazette notification no. 13-01/2020-IC dated 24.02.2021 laid down the detailed incentive structure and eligibility criteria https://dot.gov.in/pli-scheme for telecom and networking products. In June 2022, the scheme guidelines were amended to provide an additional 1% incentive for products designed, developed and manufactured in India.
A total of 42 beneficiaries have been approved under the PLI scheme for telecom and networking products. As on 31.10.2024, details of committed investments including actual investments made by micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and non-MSMEs are given below: read more
