The Newton School of Technology (NST) in Bangalore, India has a student named Mehak Jain who has been highly successful. Mehak’s first year success in securing an honorary internship at the Google Summer of Code (GSOC) 2024 event is commendable.

Mehak Jain is a bug enthusiast and a master programmer. Despite being a computer science and AI B.Tech NST student, Mahak managed to get an exceptional placement under the GSOC program. The opportunity that is now very popular was chosen from 1220 candidates out of about 44 thousand people representing 73 countries.

Siddharth Maheshwari, one of the founders of Newton School of Technology, applauded what Mehak had achieved so far and told them how important it was for students to take part in activities which allowed them to work on their hobbies as well as learn from industry leaders. Thus, his selection into the GSOC application by Mehak while dealing with challenges like preparing students for top-ranked colleges illustrates his determination towards achieving greatness through hard work.

Mehak has made a huge stride with his remarkable interface element project.
