The Department of School Education and Literacy has provided a list of activities proposed for school

As part of the campaign, the Department of School Education and Literacy has provided a list of activities proposed for schools. Schools are focusing on identifying local volunteers to involve themselves on the Vidyanjali portal and provide support. The school will also have the names of active volunteers on the ‘Wall of Fame/Notice Board’. The principals, teachers and students will also write letters of gratitude to these volunteers.

Community awareness programmes such as gatherings, street plays, poster making and chart-making on volunteer activities will be organised. State and district level officials are actively participating in the success of this campaign. These efforts are in line with the National Education Policy 2020’s goal of increasing collective participation in education.

These activities aim to create a strong support system for students and teachers by bringing schools, volunteers and the community together, creating a better learning environment. read more
