Indian Navy ship Tabar arrives at ESBJRG in Denmark on two-day visit

Indian Navy’s frontline stealth frigate INS Tabar has arrived in Sbigerg, Denmark, for a two-day visit led by Captain M R Harish.

INS Taber’s ongoing visit to SBJerg in Denmark is aimed at enhancing ties between both the countries and the Navy.

During their stay at Esbagerg port, the ship’s crew will participate in various bilateral professional talks with the Danish armed forces, including cultural exchanges. The Indian Navy is committed to enhance its partnership with navies across the world.

Diplomatic relations between India and Denmark are based on historical linkages

common democratic traditions, and a shared desire for regional and international peace and stability. Bilateral relations were elevated to the level of “Green Strategic Partnership” at the Virtual Summit held between Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and The Prime Minister of Denmark, Smt. Mete Frederikson on September 28.

INS Taber has multipurpose weapons and weapons and sensors and is among the earliest stealth frigates of the Indian Navy. The ship is part of the Indian Navy’s Western Fleet which is based at Mumbai under the Western Naval Command. read more
