First Course to be trained by newly formed Tri-Services Joint Training Teams.

The flagship defence services technical staff course for tri-service officers was started on June 10, 2024, at the Military Institute of Technology in Pune. A total of 166 officers, including five officers from the Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force, Indian Coast Guard and friendly foreign countries, are participating in the course, which is designed to train middle-career officers from the Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force, Indian Coast Guard and friendly foreign countries as future techno-warriors and military leaders.

Delivering the inaugural address to future military leaders, Commandant of the Military AVM Vivek Bluria stressed on the importance of alliance and coordination among the powers and the importance of understanding the unique capabilities of each service for combat in multi-domain operations.
