Father Killed Son in ODISHA

Bhadrak: A man allegedly killed his son in a violent fight over some domestic issue in Bhadrak district, police said todayday.

The deceased has been identified as Sankarshan Barik of Sunagadia village in Gobindapur panchayat of Banta police station in Bhadrak district.

In the morning, Shankarshan and his father got into an argument over some domestic dispute. The father-son duo then attacked each other with sharp weapons.

Sankarshan was killed and his father was seriously injured in the violent clashes.
The villagers rescued the accused and admitted him to bhadrak district headquarters hospital in a critical condition. The accused was later shifted to SCB Hospital in Cuttack as his condition deteriorated.

Police rushed to the spot and launched an investigation into the matter.
