Therefore, keeping in view the chaotic nature of the restrictions under the revised GRAP and the trend of improvement in Delhi’s daily average AQI and the IMD/IITM forecast, the overall air quality of Delhi is likely to remain at a lower level of the ‘very poor’/’poor’ category in the coming days. The CAQM sub-committee on GRAP today unanimously decided to immediately withdraw the third phase of the revised GRAP across NCR. All works under the second and first phase of the revised GRP will be implemented and reviewed by all the agencies concerned across NCR and the agencies will keep a close watch and intensify the initiatives under phase II and I of the revised GRP to address the need to re-implement the third phase of the revised GRAP work in ncr.
