In the real sense, only a society can be called sensitive in which the disabled will get the same facilities and opportunities.
The President had said that being disabled is not a deficiency of any kind. This is a special condition. People with disabilities need empathy, they don’t need sympathy, they need sensitivity, not compassion, natural love, don’t need special attention. Society should ensure that they feel equality, respect and respect with other members of the society
