We have to take every problem seriously and if there is a need to change the rules of the scheme, then amendments should also be made- Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan.

Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Union Minister for Rural Development and Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare held a meeting last evening on the next 100 days of action plan of various schemes of the Ministry. The Rural Development Minister stressed on the need to implement this action plan in a strong and effective manner for the next 100 days. We all have to work together with full strength in every scheme of rural development, only then the dream of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s dream of a developed India will come true, he said.

Stressing on the importance of District Development Coordination and Monitoring Committees (DISHA), he said that there is a need to further strengthen the Disha Committees. He will also write to all the newly-elected MPs requesting them to ensure that the meeting of the Disha   Committee is held on time so that every small issue and progress can be given constant attention.
