A bilateral meeting was held online on May 16, 2024 between Shri V. Srinivas, Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, Government of India, between The Rector (Secretary) of four Skill Development Institutes and Shri Sukesh Kumar Sarkar, Senior Officer, Ministry of General Administration, Bangladesh, Sukesh Kumar Sarkar, Director General (Secretary), National Academy of Planning and Development.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Ashraf Uddin, Rector (Secretary), Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre (BPATC), Dr. Mohammad Omar Farooq, Rector (Secretary), Bangladesh Civil Services Administration Academy (BCSAA), Dr. Mohammad Omar Farooq, Additional Secretary, National Academy for Development Administration (NADA), Bangladesh.

(a) Management of Skill Development Programme for The Faculty of Skill Development Institutes of the Ministry of Public Administration (b) Senior Executive Development Programme (c) Participation of Bangladesh Civil Servants’ Alumni Meet (d) 27th National e-Governance Conference of Bangladesh Civil Servants at THE NCGG. After the discussions, it was agreed that the NCGG would prepare a one-week skill development programme at the NCGG for senior civil servants of Bangladesh, and two-two-week skill development programme for the faculty of BPATC, BCS Administration Academy, NAPD and NADA in The months of July and September 2024. The NCGG will organise an alumni meet featuring alumni selected from 71 skill development programmes organised for senior civil servants of Bangladesh. It has been decided that DARPG will invite respected government officials of Bangladesh as speakers at the 27th National e-Governance Conference.
The National Centre of Good Governance (NCGG) has successfully conducted 71 skill development programmes for 2,660 Bangladesh Civil Service officers between 2014 and 2024. Both sides agreed to renew cooperation for skill development programmes of 1,500 government employees for the period 2025-2030.
