24 differently-abled people get job offers at Divya Kala Rojgar Mela
With an aim to empower divyangjans and promote self-reliance, a grand employment fair was held at the Ongoing Divya Kala Mela at India Gate in New Delhi today. The event registered 404 divyangjans from Delhi-NCR and adjoining areas, out of which 243 candidates were selected for the interview
Twenty leading players including Tata Power, Amazon, IBM, IndiGo Airlines, Lemon Tree Hotels, Zomato and Flipkart participated in the job fair and offered job offers to 24 differently-abled people.

A total of 178 divyangjans have been employed through various Divya Kala Melas organised so far, highlighting the effective contribution of the campaign towards the community.
More than 100 differently-abled entrepreneurs and craftsmen from across India are showcasing and selling their products at the Divya Kala Mela, which will run from December 12 to 22. Apart from the exhibition, food stalls offering cultural performances and attractive food have become the main attractions. read more
